On the day before your departure, we will send you an SMS or e-mail to confirm the potential impact on your journey. Please make sure your details (mobile telephone number, e-mail address) are up-to-date in the "My bookings" section of website.

Before going to the airport, if your flight is operated by Air France or JOON, please check your flight's status in the "My bookings" section on our website.

If your flight is cancelled, we recommend that you do not go to the airport,
unless you have confirmation for a new flight.

If your flight is confirmed, please check in online, for you and your baggage items, in order to avoid queues at the airport.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 5 hours and you decide not to travel, you may claim a refund for your ticket:
- at an Air France ticket office.
- on our website, if you purchased your ticket online, using the "Refunds" section (at the bottom of this page).
