Are you a Flying Blue member and want to submit a claim linked to your card or Miles?


Do you want to make another claim (delayed or canceled flight, difficulties at the airport, etc.)?

We would kindly ask you please complete the online form to make an online request by using this link. You can also write in Hungarian language.

If several passenger affected, please fill out ONE FORM PER PASSENGER.

Please note: this online form cannot be used for ticket refund, request of invoice or ticket booking/modification and credit card issues.

In order to handle your claim, we need your flight ticket number and - in case of baggage claim - the number of baggage report ( ABCDE12345 format ). Please note: without these information we are unable to treat your request. Compensation can be transferred solely in Hungarian Forint for the passenger's bank account in Hungary.

We regret that due to an unusually high volume of incoming requests at the moment, we will not be able to reply within our usual timeframe, that is why we ask your kind patience and understanding.
