Sauvage, with your feet in the sand

As it is home to the restaurant Sauvage, Les Brisants beach in Saint-Gilles, Réunion, has become a must-see.

The spot is now an absolute must, to appreciate the sunset on the horizon while enjoying the festive atmosphere of Sauvage. Nestled in a rondavelle, a building with a circular architecture typical of the public spaces of Réunion, on Les Brisants beach, it is a restaurant, a cocktail bar and a beach club all at once.

In a deckchair, facing the sea, or sitting at a large table with your feet in the sand, share a few tapas and one of the week's creative cocktails at aperitif time (enjoyed in moderation, of course!) before continuing with a duck breast with passion fruit or a risotto with camarons (tropical shrimps) and coconut milk for dinner.

It seems that everyone is on board with the concept of Sauvage, so it is advisable to book ahead! Between concerts, yoga and dance classes, the eclectic program brings the beach to life every day. On Sunday evenings, wiggle your hips on the sand to the rhythm of live concerts or admire the show of the dance groups who have come to set the mood...
