Le Lavandou: exceptional sea riches

Le Lavandou: exceptional sea riches

The village of Le Lavandou, with its sandy beaches and coves, is a water-sports paradise.

Spread over more than 12 km of coastline, the bay of Le Lavandou harbours well-guarded jewels. Its beautiful seabed attracts diving enthusiasts from the world over, drawn by the rich aquatic life and the clarity of the water. If you are lucky enough, you may even meet dolphins and whales in the area, which is part of the Pelagos sanctuary!

There are also vast sandy beaches dotted with small unsullied and untouched coves to explore. Among them, do not miss the beach of Saint-Clair, a pearl nestled at the foot of pine forests, that enjoys particular climate conditions. Its neighbour, La Grande Plage, despite its name, is smaller, and more secret.

Ideally exposed, Le Lavandou offers the warmth of a sun whose rays envelop you languidly from dawn until the first cool evening breeze.
