Bar Henrietta

Bar Henrietta

A superb neighbourhood bar with Portuguese accents, the Henrietta was designed as a tavern where you can drink well, while tasting very good appetisers.

Open since December 16, 2015, and located on the former spot of the famous Baldwin Barmacie, the Henrietta was inspired by Portugal and taverns of the 1960s. The place is very welcoming, with a refined loft-style, white brick walls, and industrial spirit.

The space on two floors opens onto a kitchen above and a downstairs bar, and features a solid ceramic wall around the back of the room, lots of wood, and tiny tables. As soon as the warm weather arrives, the micro-terrace at the back is a big draw. You will feel right at home, as though the place had always existed. As for drinks, you will find some classic cocktails executed brilliantly, as well as some home recipes our favourites are the Betty Flanagan and Goldeneye and the Quebec beers. The wine list is comprised of wines imported by Morgane Muszynski.

Though the Henrietta remains primarily a bar, you can also taste a few Portuguese-inspired dishes to share. No doubt you will love this address.
