Opened by Crescenzo - father of 10 children - in 1968, the family restaurant, located nearby the central funicular, has had many lives before Rosario, one of his sons, took over the reins with his wife. Since then, Antica Capri is packed at each service.

Here, in rustic decor - the walls are adorned with copper pots, eclectic souvenirs and yellowed postcards -, the traditional Neapolitan gastronomy reveals its full scope. The menu highlights seafood products: scialatielli ai frutti di mare (thick pasta with seafood), risotto alla pescatora (fisherman's risotto) and linguine all'astice (lobster linguine). For pizza aficionados, the margherita is an ode to simplicity with sun-drenched tomatoes and melting mozzarella, drizzled with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil. Else, venture into a bold choice: the copious seafood pizza, or the eggplant, parmesan and provola calzone.
