You can view your Check-In Deadline by selecting your departure airport (outside of metropolitan France) and destination from the drop-down menu below. For example: if you are departing from London-City, you can check in up to 15 minutes before your flight´s departure time.
Deadlines
A punctual flight schedule is one of your top priorities, and it is one of ours as well. You can help us keep to schedule by remembering the following 3 deadlines each time you fly:
- your Check-In Deadline: This is the time limit beyond which you can no longer check in for your flight nor check in your baggage,
- your Boarding Deadline: the time at which you must proceed to boarding,
- your Departure time: the time your aircraft pushes back from the gate before takeoff. You can view updated flight times (departures and arrivals) in real time on the “Flight times” page.
Check-In Deadline
Departures from countries other than metropolitan France
Europe (except metropolitan France)
- Medium-haul flights*: 30 minutes**
- Long-haul flights: 60 minutes
- Departures from London-City: 15 minutes
- Departures from London-Heathrow: 40 minutes
- Departures from Milan-Linate: 40 minutes
- Brussels-Midi to Paris-Charles de Gaulle 2 by TGV: 15 minutes
- Bern to Paris-Orly: 20 minutes
- From Moscow, Venice, Barcelona and Istanbul to Marseille, Nice and Toulouse: 40 minutes
* For flights to other European countries, North Africa (Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia), and Israel.
** 40 minutes for a flight to metropolitan France from July 1, 2012.
Please accompany your child to the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before the flight´s Check-In Deadline. Otherwise, he or she will not be allowed to board.
Departures from metropolitan France

For example : if you are departing from Paris-Orly West and arriving in a European city, you can check in up to 30 minutes before your flight´s departure time.
Paris-Charles de Gaulle 2 to
- Other city within France: 30 minutes*
- Europe and North Africa**: 30 minutes*
- Other countries: 60 minutes
- French overseas departments and territories: 60 minutes
- to Algiers: 60 minutes
- to Tel Aviv: 30 minutes*
- to Yerevan: 30 minutes* if departing from terminal E, 45 minutes if departing from terminal C
* 40 minutes starting July 1, 2012 (except for flights departing from Terminal 2G).
**North Africa comprises Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.

Boarding Deadline (or last call)
If you use online or mobile telephone check-in and do not need to check any baggage, you can arrive at the airport a bit later than other passengers. However, you must still respect the Boarding Deadline, after which you are no longer guaranteed boarding:
- 15 minutes before your flight´s departure time, between Paris-Orly and metropolitan France destinations.
- 20 minutes before your flight´s departure time, between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and medium-haul or metropolitan France destinations.
- 40 minutes before your flight´s departure time, for long-haul destinations.
